Change is exceptionally hard personally and professionally. I currently work in a high-change organization, leading marketing for one of our more entrepreneurial businesses. Change comes with the territory, but for some people it can be really terrifying!
I revisited one of my favorite books on the plane a few days ago, and this quote really resonated with me:
How true!! As leaders, its critically important that the team (direct report or cross functional teams) feels super supported and encouraged to be creative to solve big ambiguous problems. Its important to wake up everyday ready to open minds, be creative and ENJOY the work you do.
